good pocket reference

however, I think the buttons on the interaction screen need to be switched. its intuitive to confirm something with a button at the top right screen and to clear something on the left side. this is consistent. with pretty much any other iPhone application. getting a little frustrated with accidentally clearing out my list of drugs to screen.
