Freezes constantly

I would give this 5 stars if it didnt take forever to load and crashed/froze my iphone 5 every time I used it without exiting the app (ie if I dont exit and just click on another app- it freezes guaranteed- have to reboot the phone for it to work again). otherwise I use it daily at work as a pharmacist. Please fix the freezing/crashing! This thing is 170 bucks a year, I know you can.
